Everyday people want everyday solutions! I'm sure given the option of "green" products or services, the majority of people would select the "green" alternative. The sad fact of the matter is, it costs more to go "green" and most people do not want to hear about the long term savings, they want the most benefits now and as cheap as possible. As an environmental engineer for the last 13 years, I've been excited about the positive ways people think about greening the world and I see that trend continuing. To help it along, I suggest that your magazine provide economical everyday solutions that everyday people can use. For instance, a green cleaning product is great for the environment but a simple solution of vinegar and water in a bucket can be used for cleaning floors,walls, door casings, showers or in a sprayer for cleaning glass.
